COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions that come up before you send the files

Is it safe to send our data?

No sensitive data is needed for the assessment – the structure of the file is enough. You can delete or black out amounts, client names and personal data, or simply send a screenshot. Files we receive are used only for the assessment and deleted afterwards.

Do you connect directly to our systems?

We normally don’t connect to your systems. We work from the files your systems can export – Excel or CSV – so no direct access, IT involvement or new passwords are needed. If a direct connection is possible and useful, we say so during the assessment.

How is this different from what AI can do?

AI handles a file you show it well, and you will get a fair way on your own. The difference starts where there are several files, they look slightly different each month, and the result has to refresh itself. And when someone asks where a number came from, the answer has to be verifiable rather than generated again.

How long does it take?

The free assessment takes 3 working days. An Excel solution usually takes 1–2 weeks, a Power BI report 2–4 weeks. Most of the time depends not on the work but on how quickly we receive sample data.

What if nobody on our team knows Power BI?

You don’t need to know Power BI. If nobody on the team works with it, we can build the solution in Excel – refreshing works the same way, with one click. We always hand over a short guide on how to refresh the report and what to do if a file format changes.

What if the report stops working in six months?

You receive documentation and a short guide with the report, so most changes you can make yourselves. If you need help, small fixes are done separately by agreement – there is no mandatory monthly fee.
