Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to send our data?
No sensitive data is needed for the assessment – the structure of the file is enough. You can delete or black out amounts, client names and personal data, or simply send a screenshot. Files we receive are used only for the assessment and deleted afterwards.
Do you connect directly to our systems?
We normally don’t connect to your systems. We work from the files your systems can export – Excel or CSV – so no direct access, IT involvement or new passwords are needed. If a direct connection is possible and useful, we say so during the assessment.
How is this different from what AI can do?
AI handles a file you show it well, and you will get a fair way on your own. The difference starts where there are several files, they look slightly different each month, and the result has to refresh itself. And when someone asks where a number came from, the answer has to be verifiable rather than generated again.
How long does it take?
The free assessment takes 3 working days. A report from a single source usually takes 1–2 weeks, a report from several systems 2–4 weeks. Most of the time depends not on the work but on how quickly we receive sample data.
How much does it cost?
Starting prices – from €900 for a single report from one source and from €1,800 for a report from several systems. The final price depends on the number of sources and the state of the data; we tell you after the free assessment, before any work starts.
What if nobody on our team knows Power BI?
You don’t need to know Power BI. If nobody on the team works with it, we can build the solution in Excel – refreshing works the same way, with one click. We always hand over a short guide on how to refresh the report and what to do if a file format changes.
Will we need to buy Power BI licences?
Power BI Desktop is free and it is enough if one or a few people open the report on their own computer. A licence is only needed if the report will be shared through Power BI Service online. Before we start we tell you which option suits you and whether you will need to pay at all.
What if the data sits in several files or systems?
This is the most common case, and it is exactly why this service exists. Files from different sources are joined together, even when the same object is written differently in each. If some of the data is only available by hand, we tell you right away, not after the work has started.
What if the report stops working in six months?
You receive documentation and a short guide with the report, so most changes you can make yourselves. If you need help, small fixes are done separately by agreement – there is no mandatory monthly fee.
